HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE
At Market Black, all garments are available on a Made-To-Order basis. Frequently this will mean a 4 week production time prior to dispatch. #SLOWFASHION
HOW DOES SIZING WORK
We have a very clear size guide on our website. Also, we appreciate no two bodies are the exact same- so we do offer a made to measure service at an additional cost upon request. Email info@marketblack.net for more info.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES. 
However, we completely understand that you may need to exchange your garment for another size. This is the only instance where an exchange will be accepted. Return postage is at the cost of the customer, we do of course cover the cost of the re-delivery, express 1-3 days. Exchanges are only accepted provided the MB acrylic tag has not been removed and where stocks are available, otherwise the balance will be received via store credit. ISSUES WITH DELIVERY
We use both Royal Mail and DHL Express to carry out all our deliveries, the option will be dependent on customer selection at checkout. If your parcel has not arrived, you need to get in touch within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We then require a further 10 days to investigate and offer a solution. 
CANCELLING AN ORDER
You have 7 days from the order date to put in a cancellation request. After that cancellation is not possible as your order would have started the production process. Often delays are out of our control, so this would not be grounds for cancellation. We will always work to the best of our ability to get orders out on time.
