BY PLACING AN ORDER WITH MARKET BLACK ON THIS PLATFORM, YOU ARE HEREBY AGREEING TO THE CONDITIONS BELOW

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE
At Market Black, all garments are available on a Made-To-Order basis. Frequently this will mean a 4 week production time prior to dispatch. There are no external manufacturers involved in the production process and all garments are handmade in-house usually by Nadine Ojeah, inevitably sometimes unforeseen issues arise causing delays- this will always be communicated in advance. #SLOWFASHION
RETURNS/REFUNDS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS PRODUCT IS FAULTY. Due to the nature of the made-to-order production model, Market Black does NOT accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds under any circumstances. If you have received a product you believe to be faulty- send an email to info@marketblack.net and once retuned, a replacement will be provided or a voucher for store credit if the garment is no longer available. 
Return postage is at the cost of the customer, Market Black will cover the cost of the re-delivery, express 1-3 days. Applications for replacement are only accepted up to 7 days of delivery.
ISSUES WITH DELIVERY
We use both Royal Mail and DHL Express to carry out all our deliveries, the option will be dependent on customer location. If your parcel has not arrived, you need to get in touch within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We then require a further 10 days to investigate and offer a solution.
